Our goal is to minimize our environmental footprint and operate with energy efficiency, in line with the Paris Agreement.

Featured projects:

Reforestation of Sierra de Gata: More than 80 volunteers from Grupo Incalexa planted 500 trees in Hernán-Pérez to recover an area affected by the fires.

Reduction of carbon footprint: Installation of solar panels at our main locations.

ISO 14001 Certification: It allows us to identify, control and reduce the environmental impacts resulting from our activity, demonstrating our commitment and operational efficiency in relation to resource consumption, waste generation, emissions and pollution.

We work for the well-being, inclusion, equality, and professional development of our team and the communities where we operate. We promote local talent. We offer flexible work arrangements, work-life balance policies, and a teleworking policy. We collaborate with Dual Vocational Training programs.

Solidarity Initiatives

“The Tree of Dreams” (Caixabank)More than 50 employees fulfilled the Christmas wishes of children in vulnerable situations.

Collaboration with the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC)Workshops on colon and skin cancer. Workplace prevention training. We actively collaborate with the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC), with whom we have conducted awareness and prevention workshops. These initiatives offer useful and accessible information and promote prevention as a shared value. Informing and supporting people is an essential part of our responsibility as a company committed to them.

Responsible contracting: We prioritize local suppliers and businesses.

GIX Solidarity Bond: A company's impact is also measured by how it cares for those most in need. That's why we've joined the Norba Golf Club Cáceres charity tournament, sponsoring one of its holes to benefit the Casa de la Misericordia (House of Mercy) in Alcuéscar. We're reinforcing our social commitment and our connection to the community by promoting initiatives that combine sport, solidarity, and local resources, and that contribute to improving people's lives.
